UNCERTAIN OUTCOMES

David Limrite-Artist, Coach, Mentor, Teacher

“Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine and at last you create what you will.”

~George Bernard Shaw

You”re a creative person.

You have ideas.

You want to express yourself.

You want to make stuff.

This means that you will be traveling into the unknown. A lot!

Your days in the studio will be filled with experimenting, exploring, trying things and taking risks.

As a result, you will be bombarded with uncertain outcomes.

What is going to happen when I try this? How will it look? Is this going to work? Am I going to like what I have created? Can I pull off this technique? Can I do my subject matter justice?

Uncertain outcomes can lead to fear.

Fear hates uncertain outcomes.

Don’t let uncertain outcomes bring out the fear in you.

Create anyway.

Without fear.

Embrace the unknown.

Dance with uncertain outcomes.

Go make stuff.

Best,

David
